Request for Supply and Business Collaboration

Dear Supplier,

I hope this email finds you well. I am reaching out to you as we are currently seeking reliable suppliers for the following products:

Used Rails or HMS1-2:
Quantity: 20,000 tons per month

Electric Motor Scrap:
Quantity: 12 containers per month

Diesel Oil EN590 10PPM:
Quantity: 50,000 tons


We strictly adhere to the following procedure for our transactions:

The seller provides the price for the desired volume.
The seller sends Confirmation of Availability of the goods, along with Certificates and necessary documents.
We mutually agree on the delivery stages and payment terms.
Please note that we DO NOT make any advance payments without the prior inspection by our designated inspection agency.

In addition to our purchasing requirements, we also have the following products available for sale:

Indian Sugar: $650/mt
Palm Kernel Shell (PKS):
FOB: $180/195
CIF: $210/225 (for screening and non-screening)
If you have the capacity to supply any of the mentioned products or if you require any further information, please kindly let us know. We are open to establishing a long-term partnership based on mutual trust and beneficial cooperation.
